The Juice chooses its Super Bloggers!

Bright sunny days in Mumbai during the monsoon are usually as welcome as bright sunny days during any season in London. And nothing sings “Good News” like the happy chorus of birds singing away in a rare green patch close to my home. So sharing a juicy bit of happy, shiny news with you all. The young, fun magazine by Jabong, The Juice, in its 3rd issue, turned the limelight on Indian social media, and one of the cover features was “Super Bloggers”, selected across popular genres like food, fashion, and gaming. And Breakfastprojekt is a part of this list!

And to celebrate their latest issue with style, The Juice team hosted a chic soiree at Amadeus, Mumbai, where all the super bloggers met and mingled, sharing their experiences, tips and blog stories. It rained heavily in Mumbai, as I met and chatted up with the young and talented team behind The Juice, and got to catch up with the bloggers who made it to the list.

I dressed up and donned my favorite ruby lipstick for the occasion. It was a long drive, so just sat back and relaxed, enjoying the Mumbai monsoons.

Great finger food, generous bubbly by Chandon, and the company of a bunch of creative livewires propelling Indian blogging scene to its next level – let’s just say the brunch was a huge success!

Got to meet Akanksha Redhu, Richa Lulla, Aneesh Bhasin, Kanan Gill, and Sameer Desai from the Super Bloggers List. An elaborate, sit down lunch followed where Pearl Shah (Editor, The Juice) and Sharin Bhatti (Features Editor) got the conversation moving to what it takes to create and sustain a successful blog. Lots of posing happened in between more glasses of Chandon. More food, more laughter.

All smiles with the pretty Richa Lulla, and Karen Alfonso (Fashion and Lifestyle Editor)

The super fun team behind "The Juice" posed for a group photo. Look at this glamorous lot!
